Quality Inn Morgantown

Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and clean, bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. We went at the end of breakfast and the couple things they were out of, they asked if we would like them to put more out. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

The night front desk guy was nice. Upon entering the side door, the card reader was covered in tape, and the door was propped open with a rock. The first thing you see entering were leaves and dirty towels outside a room. It's not a great first impression. Thankfully, our room didn't match the outside hallways! Overall, the room was clean with no bugs. The mattress was firm, and the linens weren't stained. My pillow smelled like a dirty scalp. The case was clean, so it's probably the actual lumpy pillow. Be prepared to hear your neighbor if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom was clean, and water pressure was ok. The appliances were clean, but the freezer needs to be defrosted. I couldn't fit ice packs in there. Breakfast was ok. The normal. Most of the dining area tables were dirty. We saw 3 women walking around and then went outside to smoke. Don't know if they were cleaners or not, but one of them could've cleaned the tables. We LOVED the gas fireplace in the dining area. Nice look. There is a restaurant right next door but we didn't eat there. Although my honest review had small little things wrong, we'd definitely stay here again. Maybe management will see these small details and address them.

I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I didn’t experience anything that the negative commenters seem to have. The room was clean, the staff was fine, the cat that welcomed us is the lobby was adorable, and the breakfast was way better than any of the other hotels we’ve stayed at. They have full on biscuits and gravy! The view is amazing and it’s outside the city but still close which is nice. I would probably not recommend the restaurant next door. It was a 45min wait for our food, and yet it didn’t arrive hot. One of the things they brought was wrong and it took like 10min to get their attention to tell them that. It took another 10min for them to fix it. Also, the mac and cheese tasted like it used those plastic cheese squares. Other than that, this hotel has been great for the price and I highly recommend it.

I found a cockroach as soon as we walked in our room. Killed it and took it to the attendant, he was so nice and right away games us a new room. Other than that, it was clean!

Great location with an okay breakfast and a restaurant next door. Rooms were fair, decently clean but a little run down and a bit of a smell. Beds were pretty comfy with lots of pillows. Rooms were really quiet and seemed soundproof.

Locations was perfect for what we needed. The staff is so friendly!!! Rooms appear to be recently updated. The pool and fitness area are very clean. The lobby and sitting area are beautiful and very clean. Will plan on making this our "go to" hotel when we are in the area.

Customer service was great. The hotel looks like it has had some renovations. Decent hot breakfast selection. The hotel was lacking a sign on the building. Large parking lot. Close to shopping. Restaurant next door.
